Getting Healthy in Toxic Times

Dr. Jenny Goodman, a medical doctor trained in ecological medicine and author of two books, has spent decades helping patients recover from long-standing health issues caused by toxins. These toxins are not just found outside of our homes in water, air and soil, but also in every room of our homes, as well as in our personal care products.

In this talk, Dr. Goodman will share with us how to minimise our interactions with pollutants, how to ensure that our bodies have the right anti-toxin nutrients to help us detox and how we can take collective action to fight for our health and that of our planet.
